What It Means to Be a Live and Let Live Ambassador #

Becoming a Live and Let Live (3L) Ambassador means becoming a leader within the Movement; an epicentre of 3L’s growth and evolution.

Embodying the Message #

As an Ambassador, your role begins with living the message:

• You commit to and promote the Legal Principle.
• You live the example of the Aspirational Values.
• You become an official spokesperson for 3L, requiring a deep understanding the message, and communicating it with tolerance, compassion, kindness and wisdom, while making clear that your personal views do not represent the position of 3L.

Creating Your Role #

The role of being an Ambassador is yours to shape and own. You become a co-creator of the movement. Your focus might be:

• EducationRepresent 3L publicly and professionally. Speak at events or podcasts, create an online course that 3L will promote for you, or simply convey 3L to your friends.
• Community BuildingLaunch or grow a local 3L chapter. Build partnerships with aligned organizations and create a sense of community.
• Change ImplementationInfluence reform in politics, business, or the nonprofit sector. Run for office or advise others doing do.

How to Become a Live and Let Live Ambassador #

Ready to step up? Here are the steps to officially join the Ambassador community:

1. ✅ **Become a Member – Make the 3L pledge**.
2. 🎓 Complete the Ambassador Training via the Membership Portal.

The first pledge reflects a belief in what’s possible. We reject the notion that widespread peace and freedom are impossible. Our motto?

Aim high. Fall short. Do well.

Why aim for anything less than global peace? ‘Fall short’ means not letting perfection be the enemy of good. Aiming high without attachment to the outcome means we’re likely to ‘do well’.

3L’s official message, like the definition of ‘aggressing’, is protected by the Council. Not mixing it with your personal views is essential to maintaining 3L’s attractiveness as a reconciliatory movement for all peaceful people. But there is still huge scope to tailor the delivery of the message in your own authentic voice.
